Donations are given to Global Gates with the understanding that our organization has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. Global Gates will seek to honor the intent of the gifts of all donors, but the final decision on the use of all funds rests with Global Gates.
Global Gates is incorporated in New York and is registered under a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Financial reports are reviewed by the Board of Directors twice a year and two members of the Board of Directors review all income and expense reports monthly. Global Gates is dedicated to financial integrity and submits to annual financial reviews.
